Herbicide spraying by W.M. Beaty & Associates above my property in Lassen County caused runoff into my pond and spring. Independent lab tests confirmed hexazinone contamination in my drinking water. I contacted company representatives with the results multiple times but received no response. The situation has affected my property, water supply, and local ecosystem. I believe others living near their projects should consider testing their water as a precaution.

W.M. Beaty & Associates sprayed herbicides directly above my property in Lassen County, and the runoff entered my pond and spring. Independent lab testing confirmed the presence of hexazinone — a California-restricted pesticide — in my water. I was drinking this water at the time. W.M. Beaty gave me no notice or warning that they were spraying. Good company. Hope they replant their holdings from the Sheep fire. Was such a gorgeous forest before the fire rolled thru. Also very decent about allowing access to their holdings for hiking, hunting, 4wd & camping and such. (Please be respectful of their rules & no fires).

It's been a few years since I've been in there but they were very helpful to me in the past.
