Built in the 1860s, the castle remained a private residence until the 1940s when it opened as "The Manor" and allowed in visitors. Beardslee opened in its current incarnation in 1994. Excellent staff, cozy venue.
I went to one of there dinner theaters. It was great. The wait staff made sure you were comfortable , that you had enough to eat and drink(water). Bar was easy to get to no long lines. The actors were great also.
