Exceptional experience from start to finish (which was ahead of schedule). Highly recommend you ask for Dany. I've never experienced a more conscientious and industrious builder / tradesman. Payment by instalments gave confidence that we weren't being grifted. Security of Beacon as a middleman was also a mental safety net - which didn't need to be used as Dany was fantastic. Very competitive price and extremely transparent budget management throughout.

Beacon Project Management recently completed our long planned extension and renovation to our Edwardian property. The project was managed and completed within the budget agreed and on time. Throughout the project all Beacon team members were hard working and committed to delivering the best results and communication with our dedicated project manager Alice was outstanding and very pro-active. Beacon did a fantastic job converting our loft into an extra bedroom and bathroom. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was great. The entire project was managed smoothly, with any issues handled quickly and professionally (thanks Alice). Gheorghe and his building team were outstanding—hardworking, tidy, and meticulous in their attention to detail. I'd highly recommend Beacon Lofts. Very competitively priced, lovely to deal with and as stress-free as a build can be. Delighted with our loft and the process overall. Wish we'd found them earlier in our house renovation journey!
