I always get a chili cheese a -plenty!!!!! Best onion rings in town!!!!!
Okay, John White is no longer with us. That being said, w/o the original things are never the same. I will say this. Thanks to the current owners to the fact they are trying their best to keep up the tradition that is the Beacon. Food is good. Not always,I had one undercooked burger. But the onions were great as usual. Last time I was there, We had a blast though. Service and food was great. Once again, I applaud them for keeping it The Beacon!
Family tradition must go to every time we come down this way.

Always a gastrointestinal adventure at the Beacon. The food is always great and there is always "plenty" to bring home.
The food here is awesome and you definitely get your money worth!!
It was very good, there is option to order aplenty, do that only if you eat a lot! lol it's great! And the banana split, well just order one!!!
Fast friendly service and good prices. All I can say is bring your appetite but you're still going to need to go box! They also have ice-cream be warned go for the kiddie cup! I highly recommend either the beacon Burger or the pimento cheese burger! And be sure to try their amazing tea!
Love those burgers and that amazing sweet tea! My man loves the bacon sandwiches for breakfast!
