Just can't beat The Beacon....Love the greasy food and "plenty" of it....Love being hurried to order...Love the Rush...Just always a great experience and The Beacon continues to live on....Even bought me a Beacon coffee mug and Insulated cup this time :)

Unique - tasty - loads of food for the money - many options
I took my husband and kids there for the first time yesterday. It's a little intimidating to place an order at The Beacon. I understand that it's part of the 'charm' of the place but if you aren't a regular it can be somewhat overwhelming. The menu is so large that it takes a minute to decide what to get. The fried chicken was good but greasy. The onion rings were the same way. We had a great time visiting The Beacon anyway.
Nothing compares to The Beacon and never will. It is simply the best! Period. The Varsity in Atlanta may be larger, but the food quality and quantity of The Beacon is far superior. Always has been...always will be.
If you leave hungry it's your own fault! More food than you should consume at one time! Always great and in amazing quanity! Fast and great!
