stayed here once before and room was decent and service was good, this time, room was tiny, a box room almost, asked to be changed, and reception did move me, as i work locally and leave hotel at 5am, the hotel doesnt have reception 24 hours, so leave hotel and find front door is left open every night, not very safe at all. also lights left off in reception area, not very safe for people trying to leave hotel, Also remote for tv was broken so couldnt turn tv off at night, had to unplug it
Lovely quiet hotel on seafront at Felpham. Went first week in October so no crowds about! Hotel next to large Butlins complex so not sure about peace in peak holiday times.
Had a great meal in the bistro. Good selection of food. Amazing friendly staff Thank you for making our celebration such a success 👏🥂
Nice unpretentious hotel, great position right on the beach. Good nights sleep, listening to the waves hit the shore. Helpful, friendly staff.
