What a debacle! They open the doors a half hour late, so most people missed the opening act, no organization whatever, no ushers to help you find your seats. Tiny seats, narrow rows. I have no plans to return.
Went for a concert. The most careless staff ive ever seen. Waited in a specific fanclub line for early entrance all day. One we finally got lead in, we were being turned away because our cards werent scanning, to the box office where nobody seemed to care that there was a mass of people waiting in a line where they were stuck on a single person for a half hour. Honestly thought they were just going to turn us away. Not all staff was terrible. A couple of genuinely caring people, really appreciated them.
Never have I been to a more disorganized venue for a concert. It's as if they've never done one before. We just got in the door right around the time the opening band finished. Horrible venue, rude staff, awful execution. Will never come back for another concert. No matter who's playing.
Apparently my truthful original review was "offensive" and would not be posted. So I'll try a cleaner version. Doors open at 730 for a 750 show...why?! That was just to walk thru the metal detectors...then..what's this?! Oh ANOTHER line we were hearded into. Service is pitiful in Suite 26...problem with seats, staff clueless..very disappointing. *klstr*phk
Waited 45 minutes outside to get in, everyone got wet from the rain! Poor organization
90% of the people 4 star or 5 star it and there's people saying it is terrible, like have you never been to an arena/stadium before? BB&T is one of the easiest arena to get to/ in to/ and out of.
Well. Guess that's what you get when you're in South Florida! All the players charge you double then some! This really is the norm in lovely South Florida! All about the profit for the organizers, developers, big promoters, and corporations....!!! It is what it is down here! All it comes down to is how much they can get from you!

Parking is atrocious. Do yourself a favor and take a cab. The WORST. Giant cluster. Venue was fine. Saw Springsteen.
