The fees they charge for artists to play at their venue should be outlawed (example: 21 Pilots tickets are 30.75 and the venue fees are 20.55, making two tickets 102+). Not to mention you can't park for free... at all. And if you park across the street or get dropped off, the parking attendants will scream at you for avoiding the charge. Ridiculous.

The guest services reps are horrible here. I was at a concert last night which started at 8pm. around 8:20 when the opening acts were already on stage; an employee pushing a guest in a wheelchair came up to me telling me I need to move seats down cause the guest she was escorting had those seats. I advised the employee that I had tickets for these seats and showed her my tickets. Her response was "oh theres double tickets".
