Deplorable venue. The Unbelievably inept staff created a borderline dangerous and riot-inducing situation for Iron Maiden concert attendees. Every single member of staff talked to me like I was an imbecile who was annoying them with my questions. Simple announcements made over a megaphone would have done wonders.The doors opened an HOUR late. THOUSANDS of people crushed against one another in pouring rain. I don't even know where to begin, is it being treated like cattle, waiting in line only to be redirected to yet another line, not seeing the opening act, being afraid of being trampled by the 1000's of people behind me, and that's just a small sampling of last nights mistreatment.

The CEO should be fired and anyone that works with him. They were very lucky not to have a riot on there hands at Iron Maiden. The staff was clueless, waited 2 hrs just to get in and got rained on while waiting. Never open doors 50 minutes before a show you morons. Give yourself time incase your incompetent managers figure out the mess that was created. By far the worst experience ever at any show ever. WILL NEVER GO BACK. FUCK BB&T

I've been waiting all my life to see Iron Maiden and thanks to the BBT center I end up having one the worst nights .. We wait over an hour to get in the rain , I got soaking wet, extremely poor organization on a sold out show , rude staff , bad security , we end up missing the opening act , and end up watching a 2 hours show soaking wet , it was miserable , unprofessional , no safe at all , horrible experience

Drove 4 hours to see a show. Concert started at 7:50, they opened the doors at 7:35. It had started raining and most people missed the opening act. The lady with the megaphone couldn't hear or understand. Top that with the parking attendants.
