Morons at BB&T could not handle Iron Maiden. It took hours to drain the crowd that was getting drenched in a downpour. Dumb people in Florida should have ticketmaster refund money.

I was at Iron Maiden last night. First off,paperless tix is a DUMBASS move. Didn't do anything to prevent scalpers. It managed to make your staff get yelled at sworn at and PISSED OFF concert goers. Props to you for making entering arena a cluster F. Y did you have 1 person scanning cc's or dbc's and not several people? Thanks for allowing 1000's of people to get drenched. Thanks to the useless hairy legged metermaid cops for not assisting with crowd control. Maiden put on an awesome show. BB&T you get an F

Just got inside the stadium to see iron maiden. And the first band just ended. I paid $100 to NOT see the first band. Admissions was terrible, my card did not scan at the gate, and had to go through line twice after going to the customer service desk to get my tickets. Which, completely ignoring the huge lines forming at said customer service desk, only had two lines open. Complete disapointment in the center. Sucks the panthers have to play here, because i almost dont want to come back.

Way to go BB&T The Iron Maiden concert will be over before we can even get in!!! Parking is $20.00 & a nightmare!! Forget about trying to buy a drink, you will have to sell your kidney!!!

They said doors open at 7pm for Iron Maiden. It's now 7:15 and the doors are still locked. Thousands of fans out here about to get wet

Came for the Iron Maiden concert. Totally disorganized. Doors opened half an hour late and the ticket scanners did not work. Found our seats and discovered they are almost behind the stage and are above the lighting rig, so more than half if the stage cannot be seen. Yes, the tickets were not the most expensive, but we we'd like to see the band. Thoroughly disappointed. Never coming back here and my voice will be heard!!
