Nice venue however it's terribly unorganized. Doors didn't open until 20 minutes before showtime and at that point thousands of people had already accumulated outside of the building waiting to get in. It took me 2 hours to get inside as you had over 12,000 people trying to squeeze through 10-15 entrance doors. Once you got to the doors you were also subjected to unnecessary security checks and then dumped into the lobby area where you had to push your way through to a ticket taker. Horrible experience.

Simple mistakes are one thing, but this place needs to reevaluate their staffing situation on all tiers.

The worst venue in the history of venues. Thank goodness Iron Maiden saved the night. Didn't even get to see the opening band because the venue didn't know how to let more than 5 people in the door every minute. Then you make it to the security check point and they make you stand there for god knows what reason. I will never go back to the BB&T center to see anything!!!

We have seen many concerts and hockey games here so disappointed last night when the doors didn't open on time. We were left out in the rain with no explanation of why. Missed the opening band. BB&T needs to get FAN friendly.

Worst venue ever! Screwed us out of our fanclub competition access to the floor before ga. Staff were rude, nobody wanted to help and they had most of the crowd stand in a thunderstorm for an hour because their card scanners stopped working as soon as doors opened (mega late I might add). Terribly unorganized and unfortunate for the best band ever to have to have their first show there.

What a crock of shit. Worst experience for a concert ever. Fanclub members,screwed out of their first to the barrier spots for equipment malfunctions. I will never return, unless Maiden is playing then I guess I'll have to suck it up.
