Parking is atrocious. Do yourself a favor and take a cab. The WORST. Giant cluster. Venue was fine. Saw Springsteen.

I paid extra for a seat upgrade, then I get here and it is general admission. Add the horrific traffic to get here and $20 to park a good joke away and I feel ripped off. Why would I pay extra to select a specific section only to end up in the nosebleed section? A complete rip-off and I would never recommend coming to a concert here.

Parking is a nightmare. Very unorganized and expensive. Bathroom had no attendants... stalls ran out of toilet paper and hand towels. Seats are very close to one another... and no leg room to pass. Our seats were triple booked and it was embarrassing and annoying to deal with this. Unless there is a performer, event or function I absolutely have to see... I have no intention of visiting the BB&T Center ever again.

Great place for sporting events and concerts but like anywhere else the prices are astronomical for beers and snacks! Still once your in they got you by the gonads! As they say in GOODFELLA'S, F**k you, pay me!

You guys need to get your parking and traffic directing skills down better....especially with the increase of attendance at the Panthers games. You change the direction in which the traffic can go as you please. You force people to park further away then necessary and do not have enough people seeing people in at the beginning. As a season ticket holder it's really difficult to get in and out and safely for that matter it's an absolute free for all in your parking lots.

$30.00 to park, $6.00 waters, $38.00 for 2 lousy rum & cokes and women can't bring in purses.
