Purchased tickets for the Barry manilow concert prior to Christmas in the club 93 section was charged the same day and still have not received the tickets that were meant as a gift. Have emailed customer service multiple times and have called and can't seem to get a hold of anyone. Anyone have any suggestions to get in contact with them?

$30 for parking. That's more than Amalie Arena, Amway Center, Disney, and Universal. $6 for a bottle of water, same price as the soda, and double the price of bottles of water at Disney. No champagne available for a New Years Eve concert. Don't tell you that you are sitting behind a huge piece of glass when you buy the seat. I would expect that for hockey, not a concert. Saw Billy Joel on NYE last year in Amway Center for $130 including fees to sit on the floor. Paid $140 including fees here to sit behind the stage and up a ... read more

These people are right $30 for parking they won't let you take your purse in the center they made us go back to your car the third level where we sat so how you feel like you're going to fall oh yes and if you want a souvenir cup of soda $11!

Nice venue. Sound was very good for an arena. EASY to get to. Ridiculous parking rate.
