Excellent condition
A clean, friendly and affordable hotel that is minutes away from the park and ride at Terminal 5. I didn't eat breakfast because we had an early departure. The room was spacious and the shower hot and powerful. The room was too hot though and I couldn't adjust the temperature. There is a selection of paperback books on a shelf in the reception area: when I was browsing them, a member of staff came up to me and said, 'Can I help you?' I parked on the street outside the hotel (free).
Great location, owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
