I have lived here for about 6 months now. I love it here. Perfect location, spacious apartments,quiet, great price, very well maintained. In this winter we are having lots were always plowed and sidewalks always shoveled. They are also pet friendly without an extra monthly charge. Staff is outstanding, very friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone. I tell everyone its a great place to move if they are searching.

baypointe is a great place to live. It is quiet and all of the people that i see are very friendly. There is a very good staff and the apartments are kept up very very well. My girlfriend and i live here and we are very happy with the affordable rates. I am very happy that we moved into Baypointe!!

Very quiet area. Great location close to a school, convenient stores and not too far from the mall. The apartment buildings are clean and secure. Staff are very friendly. Living at Baypointe has been great for family. The complex is very safe and quiet. The environment is clean and pet friendly. My apartment has a fireplace and carport, which is nice for the winter months. I can truly recommend Baypointe Apartments to anyone who is looking for a good size apartment for a great price. Rose the Manager, she is very helpful and willing to assist you with your needs.
Baypointe has been great to my husband and I! Rose and John are very friendly and extremely helpful to us. Maintenance and cleaning crew are simply great! They have a pet friendly environment and affordable rates. We would recommend these apartments to anyone!
