I moved into Baypointe Apartments 3 months ago and am enjoying myself. Management is very friendly as well as helpful. With schools, convenient stores, auto repair shops and more being a hop and a skip away, location couldn't be any better. I love living in the back end where I can look out my patio window and watch the kids having fun on the playground and basketball court too. Its very affordable and right in the heart of the township. Erin R.
I've been at Baypointe for 7 months now. It's a little noisy at times and you can't use a grill on the patio. Other than that, I have no real complaints. The move in process was easy and the management are extremely nice and helpful. The rent is very reasonable and my apartment had many updates before moving in. Also, the neighborhood is very decent with schools and plenty of shopping nearby
This is our fourth month here at Baypointe. We were referred by a friend. Could not be happier at first glance you may think to your self boy I don't know but I have a seven year old child and I must say the places clean up very very nice The front office staff is always accommodating and really do care about your families well being. For any one looking for a place in Saginaw Stop looking and head over to Baypointe today.

Anyone interested in a great place to live in the township, I highly recommend Baypointe Arartments. Being one of the few pet friendly places around was a great find for us, as we have our Great Dane who is a very big part of our family! Getting rid of him was simply not an option for us!! The neighbors just love him and stop as they drive by just to chat with Jaque (Great Dane/big baby)! I have lived at Baypointe Apartments for over two years now and absolutely love it! I enjoy being so close to Bay road, I am able to walk to many stores when the weather is nice! The neighbors are very friendly and they all seem to look out for each other! I feel very safe here and have no intention of leaving anytime soon! Rose and John are vey friendly and easy going. Bay Point apartments are a great place to live. The landlord and mangers are always extremely friendly and helpful. The landscaping of the complex is always well maintained and beautiful to look at. Nice spacious apartments as well. -Teresa Williams
