My favorite part about the apartments is certainly the staff. Any problems I have they're always there to help and solve any issues. I enjoy that the apartments are pet friendly, I'm particularly fond of dogs.
Baypointe is an amazing place to live. It's pretty quiet for the most part. It is also very well maintained and has a great staff. Everyone is super friendly and nice. I love how they know exactly who I am and always have a fun and enjoyable conversation with me. You would love everything Baypointe has had to offer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I have lived at Baypointe Apartments for over two years now and absolutely love it! I enjoy being so close to everything, I am able to walk to many stores when the weather is nice! The neighbors are very friendly and they all seem to look out for each other and I feel very safe here.
I would recommend Baypointe to anyone. It is a great place to live. The management is exceptionally nice. The buildings are nice and clean. The maintenance personal are extremely nice also.
The managers, Rose and John are very friendly. The landscape and grounds are kept very tidy. Being that Baypointe is located in the heart of Saginaw Township makes life more convenient.
very nice housing complex. if you are a college student looking for somewhere to live, prices here are very affordable and management is willing to work with you in terms of lease agreement.
The office staff is great, the prices are very reasonable, and it's a quiet neighborhood. Good place for families.

I have been renting at Baypointe Apts for almost a year now. The best part about the place is the staff. They are very nice, and understanding. I have enjoyed my year here, and do plan to stay for another. They are great when it comes to dealing with college students. You can have a apt with all full-time students, unlike some other apts.
