Long Time Living Here – I have been a resident here for over 15 years & even moved twice in the same building! I love the view from my patio - it is a nice view of beautiful woods. I reside here because I am very happy with the Staff. If there is a complaint, they take care of it immediately and don't just brush you off. Maintenace shows up in a timely manner. This gives me the freedom to do what I need to do without the worries. I feel this is a great deal for the amount you pay for rent! Check it out sometime.

Open On Saturday! – My girlfriend and I were driving in the area and we decided to pull in on a Saturday. This place was close to shopping (for her) and close to SVSU. We went in and met with John. He showed us a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartment and within that following week we were all set and moved into our new place. Our apartment building is quiet and we have only been here 3 months and are very satisfied. There are not alot of places open on Saturday and I was thankful this one was!

Leasing at it's FINEST! – I moved into my apartment without even seeing it! I was so excited and impressed! John - the Leasing Agent took care of everything. My building is very quiet and I am close to work. Very Happy Resident!

Outstanding Service! – My family and I have lived here for 2 years. We have an OUTSTANDING property manager (Rose) and her assistant (John) whenever we have called in a work order, they have made sure it was taken care of. Quiet building.

Cost of GAS - need closeness! – Traveling back and forth to work daily, I needed a place that was close. Parking isn't a problem. The Staff is very friendly and warm hearted. My building is very clean and the residents are very respectful when using the laundry room. A fitness center would be awesome! Any work orders that I have called in have been taken care of immediately. ( I had to wait for weeks at my other place). The cost of rent is "AWESOME".

Very Inexpensive to rent your own place~ – I am a student at SVSU and I enjoy having my own place and not have to live on Campus. This apartment is very inexpensive and very "nice". I have been here for 5 months and I enjoy my quiet neighbors.

New management with great results! – The New Manager is "great" compared to the old manager. I recently started cleaning the units and I am amazed how well maintenace can make them look brand new. We have had Exterior Improvements just recently and they look great! We have been here about 8 years and enjoying it.

Security and Services – I have lived here since 2002 - I wanted Security and to provide services. Overall, they have been really good. I had a long term issue and after they toook over new management it was resolved. The property manager is very supportive. She listen to the small things that may not be an issue to someone else. I would like to see the pool re-opened. Maybe even have a 1/4ly meeting for the tenants for a meet and greet. It would be good to know your neighbors on a more personal note.
