Friendly Neighbors! – I have been here for two years and will continue to stay here. The property manager worked with me has worked with me on a few different occasions when I ran into a few complications. I love the building I reside in and have very friendly neighbors. I hope they fix the pool soon.
Maintenance & Management – Reside here for over 20 years. Management is very friendly. Maintenance Staff is very friendly. The work order requests have been completed in a timely manner. I feel that my neighbors are trust worthly and I feel safe living here. I would like to see a picnic table in my area :)
Management Makes A Difference! – Plain & Simple - Rose! The Property Manager is the reason why I stay here. She works well with her residents and addresses the concerns very promptly. She is a grounding force in our community. I don't think this place would be as romotely successful without her!
Get things done! – Resident here for 5 yrs. I love this complex because the people are very nice. I feel I am in a nice section. Rose- I love her! If I have any problems she takes care of it. She has done "hands on" work here and is very involved as a Manager. Tenants wave to me who I don't even know! I really enjoy it here. I love the fact this place is "pet friendly".
Short Time Here and Enjoying It! – I just moved into this complex since February. The price is very reasonable for rent and other residents are very respectful of other peoples things. I was very impressed with the way the Staff has treated me since I have been here.
Very Nice & Quiet Complex – I am a resident here now for 1.5 years. This is a very nice and quiet complex. The Property Manager is always willing to listen when you go to the Office and talk to her. Staff has assisted in a timely manner. The work orders that I have requested have been done immediately. There are alot of families here and they are respectful. The main reason I came here is because this place is pet friendly and I appreciated that.
Looking Good! – The Property Manager has been doing a great job by fixing up the exterior of the property - Painting & Lawn Care. I have been a resident here for 3 years and I feel safe here and would refer people here.
Been here 18 years – Rose is very nice. (Property Manager). I don't have to worry about fixing anything that needs repaired because maintenance takes care of it for me. Quiet neighborhood. Been here for 18 years.
Students Accepted YEAH! – My roommates and I have been here at Baypointe Apartments for 5 months and we are students. This is a very quiet place to live, close to the college and if safety is a concern, this is the place to be!
