Its been a year i am living here..everything is awesome..peaceful environment..good neighbours..good facility the main thing i love about this place is the quick services and response to the complained issues..rental cost is too much low as compared to the other appartment with same facilities nearby..i will recommend everyone to be a part of baypointe if they are looking for good appartment on low cost...
I have been living at Baypointe Apartments for a little over a year now and my experience has been great! It is a safe environment. The staff are very helpful, understanding, and friendly. I always recommend these apartments to other people.
The staff is amazing! A great place to call "home". A beautiful neighbourhood with playgrounds and parks. Office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to complained issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
Very good apartment with peaceful environment. Helpful managers who are good at what they do. Best place for students and families to live in. Located in the middle of Saginaw has access to all the major spots in the town.

I have lived at Baypointe for 4 years now and I have nothing but great things to say! The buildings and apartments are clean and well maintained. The management is wonderful! Rose and John are so nice and are willing to help with anything. I would definitely recommend Baypointe to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.
I've lived in Baypointe apartments for over ten years. The complex is in a safe and great location. Management is wonderful. John and Rose care about the tenants and are quick to help in anyway they can. Maintenance is wonderful as well. Extremely pet friendly. Most neighbors are very quiet and friendly.
My partner and I have lived at Baypointe Apartments for almost five years and plan to stay for five more. Rose and John are wonderful people that care about their tenants. Maintenance is spectacular! I love nature and at the back of the property there are woods to poke around in. The most important aspect to me is that Baypointe is pet friendly. I have to discourage our puppy Lily from running straight to the office doors on her morning walks every day. She loves Rose and John! Safe area, clean, welcoming.
I've lived here for over a year and haven't had any problems. The office staff is respectful to all tenets. Anytime we have had a maintenance request it has been fixed that day or the very next. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. It's family friendly and pet friendly too!
