Terrible !!!! My appointment was at 7 pm for induction and they got me waiting for more than 3 hours .... MORE THAN 3 HOURS sitting for a pregnant woman is a lot!!!... so sad that they don't care about their patients
Had been here once before. As always, staff was kind, considerate, courteous and helpful.
If you ever need an angel on this earth, they all work on the 4th floor (hospice). After many trips to many different hospitals in the past 3 months, I can easily state that Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton is full of capable and compassionate staff. From the janitor to admissions to the nurses and doctors, we had not one complaint. You are doing something right and we are so appreciative of the care you provided us all during the hardest time of our life thus far. I really liked our ER doc, Dr.Blake. He was very informative and funny. He took the time to explain everything he planned to do and why. There were no unnecessary tests or surprises. He made our experience enjoyable.
I had my first born here and all I can say is thank you! Everyone was so caring, helpful and made me feel comfortable. Great hospital!
