This hospital is hot garbage. My daughter's room was extra dirty with actual old needles on the floor and the staff tried to convince us otherwise. They also just overlooked the blood splatters on the wall. Then the staff had an attitude when my mom requested the room be cleaned before my daughter returned from her ct scan. We are definitely going to find another hospital in case of an emergency.
Baylor emergency room is so bad, God forbid if I have life threatening illness, I will find a way to go to another hospital like I did when I went to there er for my broken ankle. Staff was unprofessional rude and disrespectful. You have to be treated so bad to leave emergency room with a broken ankle. Please do not go to Baylor emergency room if you can help it.
Everyone in E.R were very professional. Spent a few days in ICU. Nurses and doctors Thank you for caring and taking care of me.
This Medical center uses Hebron Emergency Physicians as billing company. This company for the past two years has not been able to successfully submit a claim to an insurance company. When I call I get put on hold for 20 minutes while they try to find a supervisor to talk to me. I have had to advise this company on what needs to be done instead of them (they being the experts in insurance) figuring it out for themselves.
