Had a total elbow replacement here 11/5/14. Great doctor (Mitchell Fagelman) great nurses, great therapists, aides, everyone. Thank you for the great experience. Would refer this hospital to anyone.
We enjoyed a wonderful experience at Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton. My sons nurse was awesome her name is Sini. She and all the nurses were so kind, compassionate and informative. Ryan came in by ambulance, then admitted to a private room with a great view. I was able to sleep in his room on a fairly comfortable sofa. The food was excellent, it was restaurant quality. Unfortunately they discharged my husband from ICU to home without accurately diagnosing the root cause and the whole thing started over again. We are now in ICU at a different hospital and will never go back to Baylor Carrollton. I give them 0 stars.
