The staff are good here. The one thing I don't like is sitting on hold for 2 an half hours to put my oder in for food. I understand it a big place but at most hospitals they give you a card to pick from in the morning for the whole day
My son had a blood clot in his leg sat in the ER from 8 am 3:30 pm they did a sonogram and nothing else. Wouldn't even give him a glass of water. I picked him up and we went to Texas Presby Plano. Within an hour IV sonogram, blood tests, xrays to the injured foot put on blood thinner and admitted to the hospital. I wouldn't recommend this place to slug. They need to be reported
Excellent staff...they really take good care of my husband from the ER to his admission...
A special thanks to Nurse Leslie in labor and delivery....very special lady she made the experience wonderful!
