You were a no-show at your hosted Living Heart Healthy seminar with Dr. Steven Mottl. Several us were at the 4th floor boardroom at the BaylorScott&White Medical Center, 4343 N. Josey, Carrollton, 12/8 at 6:30p as directed in the mailed postcard invitation, but nothing. And you want us to trust you with our heart health?
The staff that we encountered throughout the hospital were wonderfully friendly and all so helpful. The volunteers, cafeteria staff, nurses, respiratory therapist, and physical therapists were all a pleasure to work with and would gladly go out of their way to help. I highly recommend this hospital!!

Wonderful Labor & Delivery Staff for My Daughter and New GrandDaughter! Nurses Morgi, Victoria, Cori and Tamara were truly outstanding! We truly appreciate the Housekeeping and Cafeteria staff, too! HUGE Shout Out to Dr. Jacqueline Alvarado! We are extremely Thankful!
2nd floor labor/delivery postpartum nurses are awesome!!!! Very professional and courteous!
Rude staff. They are not customer service friendly at all
They took real good care of my dad when he was in there for a week for a swollen foot. plus he is diabetic too and they took real good care of his needs and always check up on him every hour or less. they did a really good job I'm taking care of my dad
