I can't say enough about the staff, they went out of their way to help in my recovery after surgery. They are an amazing team of people.

We have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We were extremely happy with Stephen. The doctors have been courteous and attentive.

I love this hospital!!! All the staff are competent, very friendly and helpful, the Doctors are very good and know what they are doing, and the food is Delicious! - who can say that about hospital food! Also, the facilities are immaculate - cudos to the Janitorial staff!! They take very good care of me and they work with me on my financial difficulties. So glad I selected Baylor
Not all the equipment worked. The bed my wife was in was broken. I told the nurses that it was broken, they did nothing. I asked them for an extra chair for her room, they did nothing. I asked them for extra blankets, they did nothing. It wasn't until I got a DOCTOR they did something. And when they did something they did it with attitude like we were asking for them to do something important.... if you want really GOOD service, pass this place and go down to Presbyterian in Plano.
