Baylor was the hospital... I was seen right away in the er n they took care of me and then i was admitted n the nurses and dr were great the whole time i was there. I was treated with great care all the way til i was discharge. Thank u baylor scott and white for everything... Keep up the good work.
Went in to the ER in October with an inflamed spine and severe headaches. Turned out I had a severe staph infection that invaded my bloodstream. I had septic arthritis in my joints and spine, had cellulitis on my leg. Went in there again in December and March, when I was finally diagnosed by my ENT, not affiliated with this hospital. They didn't even follow standard protocol and admit me when I told them I had a staph infection! Wtf, people?! Do you want me to die?! These guys are morons. Avoid at all costs!
nurses and Dr.'s were very kind and supportive. Stephanie took really great care of me while waiting and waiting.
Nice staff, but you can tell that for the most part their spirit is broken. Building and equipment is showing signs of age. I have 5 different doctors working to help me but no one is managing the case. The information packet you receive when you are admitted has a unique number for pastoral services, dial-a-prayer, and request-a-prayer, but no patient advocacy.
My wife came here to delivery our child and we have had a great experience. The nurses were the best. Very helpful towards my wife and very caring. They helped with giving us tips on what to do when we go home with my baby boy and encouraged my wife alot. Thanks so much for such a good experience!
Went in today for an infection from a tooth pulled and serious headache. I sat for awhile waiting to go to the back but I guess others had more of an emergancy then me. Once they got me in the room the nurses were very sweet and the Dr was good. He looked at a lot of things that could be wrong with me given a tooth was pulled on Friday somewhere else. He had some labs run just to rule out things. It was a pleasant experience from here.
Dr Bryant, Dr Taylor, Rn Stephanie, Rn Myrna, Rn Susan, Rn Karen and the staffs are wonderful .. thank you for taking such good care of my little Emma at pre-op, during Op and post-op.. we love you all..
