RecommendedThis is such a wonderful place to go for care and to work the staff really shows care to each and every patient. I love this hospital and definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.
I will not refer people to any Baylor ever again due to their ridiculous billing policies. I’ve been in the medical field for 13 years and have never heard of such crazy billing ways.
ICU was horrible ..My sweet mother suffered tremendously & THEY DIDN'T HAVE a care in the 🌎..Just awful how they TREAT patients of color..
Husband was in ICU for three days after suffering a mini stroke. Doctors, nurses, and staff were extremely nice and professional! Was our second time here in 2 months. I would definitely go back if necessary. Only small issue was the speed to get released. We were told we would be out early next morning. Took another 10 hours for each Dr to communicate with each other to approve our release. The care was wonderful but it's great to be home! �
They were great I had a stroke and they were in my room around the clock in the icu I give them two thumbs up and my bill was only $125 after 3 days of being in the icu
Very nice staff but the $4000 bill for an hour in your ER (wound flush, 1 stitch and tetanus booster) ruined any chance of repeat custom. I would have been charged $160 at Care Now for the same service. This is with decent insurance with an ER copay. Just disgraceful.
