I came in in so much pain. Waited a good while in ER but I understood my issue wasnt critical like some others that came after me but went before me back. After getting to back, the doctor was great and very sociable (usually they mean and stuck up) and the nurse and ultrasound person were very nice. I told doc what my symptoms were and told him what was needed to be done (I'm a nurse too but I didn't tell them) and I quickly was assessed, treated and released. I am so thankful to all the friendly staff, nurses technicians and doctors who helped me in a bad moment that led to an emergency surgery, though I have to mention 2 things that really called my attention... First, I waited too much in Emergency before I was called, I had high temperature (103) and the pain was unbearable, but still was kindly advice to wait for my turn (did I need to faint?) Really great service here. The folks in the surgery are top notch professionals. Veey good care spending the night after surgery. All the staff is very nice and super helpful!
Myelogram procedure scheduled for 8:30am....oops someone didn't tell radiology and they had scheduled at 10:15. Soooo...my daughter has been laying on those hard bed with 6 recent incisions in her back for 2 unneccessary hours...
Took my nephew, Registered and seen in Triage within 20 minutes. Given a bed and seen within 10 minutes. From front to back in 30 minutes. EKG and IV placed seen per N.P. Adam diagnosed and treated, polite and actually listened to concerns and followed up with questions and answers. Longest time spent was for IV to infuse. Great experience ,and this is from me usually being on the other side as the caregiver.
I dont understand why the Doctor in emergency room did no test on my 1st cousin Doug in the first place.......when he would not respond until he was at the hospital and than you sent him home and he return the same way next day and put in (ICU)
