From the moment Dr. Zide said I needed surgery, everything was processed so quickly. Surgery went great! I have never done well with the type of anesthesia where a mask is placed over my mouth and nose and the anesthesiologist listened. I do not ever enjoy having surgery, but this went better than I could imagine. The private rooms are beautiful. No expense was spared in building this hospital. I recently had Knee Surgery at Baylor Uptown and I must say my experience was quite good. The staff from the start were friendly, helpful and upbeat. Having surgery is never fun but they made me so comfortable I had absolutely nothing about which to complain. Even the food was really good!! I never had to wait for my meds and they were so good about checking on me I am not sure I ever hit the call button. I would highly recommend Baylor Uptown for your Surgical needs.
I really liked the atmosphere at Baylor UPTOWN the people there treat you like family. If I had choose again I would choose Baylor UPTOWN very excellent people

When I was there, the waiting room was full, however, people moved through there very efficiently. No one waited very long, and I waited about 15 minutes, then off to surgery prep, into surgery, and out. A very good experience.
This was absolutely the best experience! My husband had surgery with Dr Naftalis and we couldn't of had better treatment. From pre-op Wednesday to check in Friday to discharge the staff was absolutely FANTASTIC! Thank you so much!!
