It's clean, people are nice, no long wait times and they are kind & non judgmental!
Most organized surgery I have ever had. The requirements of stuff that had to be done before you ever got to the surgery center part were the most thorough I have ever seen. The preparation part when I got to the surgery center were very good as well. The surgery was very quick and I was headed home with a partial knee replacement at 10:30 AM. And knock on wood my pain level has been very low so far, however I think the nerve block is still in place. I am doing my exercises and trying to make this my most successful surgery ... read more
Dr Gina was able to find something parkland couldn't. Dr Barstad always gives the utmost care to his patients. Nurse Janet & Karen are an awesome duo and very tentative to the patients. Amazing overall care and staff.
You can definitely tell who the competent and incompetent nurses are when you start to wake from your drunken state. But I'm thankful more for the overall staff and efficiency before my surgery began. Shout outs to the anesthesiologist who kept me laughing with his bad Spanish and French and continuous jokes. The patient can't hurt if he is too busy laughing.
I was a "walk-in" because of sudden elevation in blood pressure. Dee,Alma and Dr Mai were super great assessing my needs and getting the BP under control. Friendly, professional and outstanding service. THANK YOU!! Stan Guy
This was a great experience as much as it could be having the type and length of surgery I had but the nurses were top notch and the food is outstanding. Esmeralda was my chef while I was here and she was fantastic. Wide variety of choices and was prepared so perfect that I think I actually gained weight coming here. Hats off to the faculty and everyone that was involved in making me feel 100% cared for.
