I have been twice and both times have been exceptional. You don’t have to wait long. From the receiptionist to nurses and my doctor, all of them have been extremely friendly, very caring. You don’t want for anything. They always call me at home after my procedure to check on me. I just love them all!! And they have valet parking.
I had an MRI done and I would NEVER go back there. I have had LOTS of MRI's and this was by far the tiniest machine I have ever been in. I came extremely close to telling them I couldn't do it. Had it not been for the amount of back pain I was in and so ready to get answers...I would have left without doing it.
Absolutely the best care and staff I’ve had any hospital
Amazing hospital staff, with a comforting touch. Ministry at it’s best. From the thoughtful Michel Charlott, who generously welcomes and takes care of you for your labs at a scary time, to rock star doctors like Dr. Dao (my oncological surgeon) and Dr. Sessions (my anesthesiologist) and their surgical teams, everything was top notch - I knew I was in great hands. The OR facilities are gorgeous (weird thing to notice but true). Homemade chicken soup as the takeaway was such a special touch.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Uptown Baylor during my stay for knee replacement surgery. The staff is very upbeat and caring. Even though they had to use a couple of my own medicines because they didn't have them in stock, I didn't mind. I never had to call for a nurse because they check on me often. The food was great. Thank you Dr. Quinby for doing my surgery there.
I visited Baylor Uptown for orthopedic surgery in February. The staff there was friendly and helpful. A nurse by the name of Amy and aides named Jasmine and Tae were of particular assistance. The overall nursing and support staff were very good. I believe I am going to get a good result following my surgery. Thank you Baylor Uptown!
Absolutely one of the finest facilities I have ever seen. It is more like a 5 Star hotel with a staff that is beyond amazing and a chef that will prepare a selection from an unbelievable menu of Lobster, Prime Rib, Shrimp, grilled asparagus, and so on. Thank you to Dr. Tandy Freeman and Baylor Medical Center Uptown for taking such exceptional care of me during and after surgery. If I should ever need anything else, this is where I will go for sure.
