the staff is very professional and warm doing all they can to make you as comfortable as possible. the food is the best by far!
I have had three surgeries there and two of them were not good experiences. The last one I was pretty much kicked out of recovery. I don’t know how you can be cleared to be released when you still have an IV in your hand but after I complained they claimed that I was In their haste to get rid of me they did not give me the bag that had had my clothes in it. There was a personal item left in it and they threw it away. They were supposed to get back with me on how they would reimburse me. They never did. Also I had to agree to... read more
Staff always complaining about how short staffed they are. Nurses, aides, housekeeping.... all complained. Love my dr and his pa but this place was sad... also has a nurse aide “hideout” in my room and play on her phone as she was tired.

Wonderful facility and amazing staff from check in until post opt! I had double knee surgery here and was blown away by the level of patient service
Awesome place. Not many on-site food options for family staying with the patient.
