They definitely deserve five stars! Awesome customer service and did a great job taking care of my brother. We will definitely start recommending this hospital to everyone we know! Great job guys... keep up the awesome work.
Their billing department is terrible. It took several months and numerous calls to get them to send my statement to the correct address. I even gave them my email if they preferred to send it electronically. When I finally did get a bill, I got 2 bills at the same time. I called to pay and was told my account had been turned over to collection. This could have all been avoided if they had not entered the wrong city into my records. Their mistake also caused a problem with my receiving statements from Anesthesiology.
Helpful staff in the emergency room, however their billing is outrageous! We went to the emergency room for a small kidney stone and received a bill for $2,425.78. This is on top of the physicians bill that we’ve already paid of $653.91 for the same visit. We were only there for two hours. This is exactly why people are afraid to go see a doctor and why most people avoid hospitals. Baylor takes advantage of their patients.

The staff were courteous & polite, my nurses before surgery & most especially my nurse in recovery were wonderful. I love a positive attitude & a smile & received both from almost everyone. If surgery is a must then I would highly recommend this facility.
