I've had many procedures through the years at many different facilities but ny experiences at Baylor one has been 1st class at every turn. its unfortunate that all medical centers are not as professional and caring as Baylir Uptown!! Dr. Appleton was awesome doing my husband's 2nd hip replacement!! The staff was great they went above and beyond by bring a bed in so i could spend the night with him!! Everyone was warm welcoming and very passionate about their jobs!! I would recommend Baylor Uptown to anyone!!
This is the best day surgery I have experienced in Dallas. Caring nurses, great housekeeping, terrific food choices combined to make hip replacement surgery the best surgical experience imanigible.
Very impressive and professional. From check in to checkout everything was well done, timely, and patient centered.
Rude!!! Choose ANY other place. They cancelled my appointment after sitting there for 20 minutes because I was 5 minutes late after calling to verify it would be ok to be late with the office. Needless to say she was more worried about leaving for labour day weekend than helping someone with server depression and anxiety.
