This is by far the best ER we've ever had to visit! Our daughter had a tonsillectomy Wednesday and somehow ended up with strep and pink eye in both eyes 3 days later. Everyone was so friendly, great with our daughter and took very good care of us! We were in and out in 2 hours! (With IVs) It will be the only ER we ever use again!
Went there for shoulder pain X-rays showed a pulled muscle was in n out promptly excellent service n professionals
The staff from the front desk all the way up to the Doctor were so compassionate and caring! They really seem to listen to their patients and do what needs to be done.
They are always so throughout and easy to deal with. They take all of your concerns into consideration and the staff is wonderful. Very little wait time if anytime at all.
I usually get better treatment...this time I kinda felt like a #. Everyone was super nice and caring but when I failed to see the 3 steps to get to the next level and hurt several body parts only two where checked on. My right knee is still swollen and painful and my right arm, not wrist, still hurts. My left shoulder still hurts but at least I can move it better now. I explained to one of the nurses that my left foot was swollen and asked if they could do an EKG because I have heart issues.... didn't happen. Will I go back?... read more
Awful hospital. Provides 0 treatment and still sees fit to charge 2300.00 for a 30 minute visit where they look at an X-ray and suggest we see a specialist the next week. Will make sure anyone who listens knows to steer clear of this place. Bunch of thieves and the very reason healthcare costs are stupid high and only going higher every year.
Went in for an ear infection after work. Was seen and out in probably less than 45 min. Super nice staff, super helpful and I barely had any wait between checking in, to triage, to the dr coming into the room.
This location is absolutely wonderful. I have been there 2 times for 2 separate issues in the last 3 weeks. Yesterday my throat was completely swollen and I had pretty bad strep. I walked in and Tiffany at the front got me right on back. No wait at all. Then somehow you see the doctors before the nurses here! Not that the nurses are slow, the doctors are just that amazing! We had a second trip here with our daughter and they were kind, respectful and caring. Extremely professional and doted on my child. It is my go to place for medical care now in Keller!
