I have never felt so mistreated before. The woman at the front and the nurse were both very sweet, but Dr. Richardson was awful. My doctor told me to go to the er for the several issues I am having. After filling out the form and explaining my problems both the the woman at the front and the nurse, the dr asked me why I’m there. As i was explaining, he interrupted me and very annoyed asked “what’s the reason you are here right now? I can only handle one issue per visit”. I grabbed my things and walked away. I had COVID-19 and went in as my primary physician instructed. Dr. Jared Richardson walked in and yelled at me 3 times, "what are you doing here"? I left in humilitated and in tears. I will never go there again and will advise everyone I know to avoid it at all cost.
Avoid this hospital like the plague. These people will rip you off for every penny you have. Not knowing this I entered the hospital emergency, since there was no other entrance available. They gave me one Tylenol, and liquids and a CT scan. They charged me $14,000 dollars. I was in there for 2 ½ hours. Like I said, totally avoid this hospital, they will steal your money.

Best doctors ever... I’ve seen Dr Bah for several years.. Shes absolutely amazing, caring and truly cares.. I’m moving out of state and will truly miss her .. :(
I want to give a big THANK YOU to Dr. John Cox and all the nurses and staff that treated me on 4/27/19 & 4/28/19!!! I’ve been to many ER’s over the years and my experience here was the best ever! They listened to me and gave me the best supporting care I’ve ever received! I am grateful to them and I highly recommend that you go see them if you are ever in an emergency situation.
Thank you Dr Cox for helping my husband tonight! All staff was caring and nice.
Rude and uncompassionate staff. If you have another choice available go there.
