Of all the ER's I've been to in my lifetime, Baylor Emergency Medical Center has been the best. Great staf, very caring and prompt service.
They took great care of my sweet husband! Such a great crew! As always very caring and patient oriented! Not our 1st time there!

I'm a mom of 6 that frequents this ER often (unfortunately) I ALWAYS get prompt friendly care and usually in and out within an hour. yesterday I took my 5 year old in for a dislocated elbow. We waited for about 45 minutes for the doctor, to be expected. She popped his elbow back in place and wanted to do an x-ray, after waiting over 2 hours I decided to leave. Expedient, comfortable ER bays, very professional and friendly staff.
We usually end up here if Cook's Urgent Care isn't open yet on the weekend. They are always so awesome and fast! I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is courteous and helpful.
