It was a fast serivce and the nurses and doctors was great with my son and was able to answer all my questions.. only bad fall was the lady at the front desk she was very rude and hateful she thought it was ok to just throw the clipboard at me and then walk away.
These people are VERY unprofessional. Went in this morning because im pregnant and woke up bleeding. The doctor walked in looking lost as it was. I explained what the problem was and he looked at me as if i was stupid. After a very small conversation he proceeds to tell me the problem is i came in too early. Too early??? Because im only a few weeks pregnant? I asked him what was that suppose to mean and he tells me "idk you came to me so what do you want me to do?" He had attitude the entire time. Took my daughter in for an allergic reaction and they were not very nice. It took forever to get her any medicine. The doctor said she would check on her every half hour and that didn’t happen. They wouldn’t let us leave after my daughter improved and then they sent us a bill for a combined amount of almost $1700. My husband has tried contacting them and they refuse to call us back to discuss charges. Don’t go here. Updated: customer service rep did contact me. I wasn't sure about going here after reading reviews but it was midnight and the closest ER. Staff was very friendly with my 2 year old, everyone was. We were in and out in 15 minutes! We waited longer for his RX to be filled.
Excellent service and treatment. Facility is nice and clean.
