This review is compliments of Leslie (Who gave me a false name when I asked her name to report her, giving me the name Maria to cover her identity.) BEWARE EVERYONE! This ER falsely charges their clients, claiming they have verified insurance when they are LYING!!! I was told we owed $150 even though our insurance card says 0% Hospital ER and our deductible is covered for 2017 at 100% already this year. We should have owed ZERO. This facility is amazing! The staff was so kind and so professional! I highly recommend it to anyone needing emergency help!
The staff was nice, but the bill is not. Ridiculous amount of money for less than a 3 hour stay. Very disappointing.
Took my husband to Baylor Urgent Care Friday night (May 12th) due to nose bleed (not gushing), associated with use of blood thinners. They did not attempt to treat and wanted to transfer him (via ambulance - are you kidding!) to Baylor Hospital Grapevine. We left and drove there ourselves where they were able to stop bleeding with Afrin decongestant spray. If we get a bill from this facility for more than what our insurance covers, we will not pay since we also had a co-pay at the hospital for treatment they should have perf... read more
Love Dr Bah... She is one of the best doctors I've ever had, very caring and just a beautiful bedside manner, her patients mean everything to her.. I will never leave her. If you email her she responds very quickly... She is amazing .... Thank you Dr Bah!!!!
