Our experience with this agency was disappointing. The sale process took over seven months, during which we received minimal communication or meaningful updates. We were pressured to reduce the sale price and asked to include the dishwasher in the sale at the pre-inspection stage, which we reluctantly agreed to. Throughout the process, our property was handled by three different agents due to staff turnover, resulting in inconsistency and a lack of continuity. Overall, the service fell well short of our expectations.
