I’ve been seeing a female doctor here for a few years. She’s very nice. The doctor checks your lungs, presses on your stomach, and goes over your lab work. If you have questions they will discuss it with you. I remember when doctors would check your eyes, mouth, ears, throat, and the reflexes on your legs. None of that is done anymore. Wow! I'm completely shocked at all of these bad reviews! This is the best front office staff and best primary care doctor's office I have ever been to and I'm almost 62. I love Dr. Steinberg and his nurse. I've always been contacted for blood test results and x-rays. Either the same day or the next day. Stop with these ridiculous bad reviews just because you are having a bad day. It makes other people think the office isn't worth going to and that is 100% untrue! Grow up!
Based on my experience, the front office staff via phone and in person have been a breath of fresh air and sunshine. However my ex primary care doctor and the NP (Nicole) are like a plastic butter knife when you really need a screwdriver. If a NP (Nicole) doesn't address the fact that "fibroglandular density" means dense breasts tissue, then I fear for the health and safety of her other female patients who may be at risk for breasts cancer. Worst experience ever. They don't seem like they have any compassion for people. Sad
Longtime patient coming to this location but the front desk service has gone downhill. I called to make an urgent appointment and both times they scheduled me with the nurse instead of the doctor. I was recommended to try yoga. I had to call and demand a CT scan that inevitably showed a complication that needs additional testing. I called to ask for specialist information and the desk told me they would mail me that information and I should have it within a day or two. It never came.
