As always, Dr. Emerson and his staff are very professional in their work, but they always make me feel as if we have been friends for a long time although I only begun having my dental work done at Dr. Emerson's practice this year. I cannot recommend Bay View Dental highly enough to anyone seeking a new dentist or look to switch to another dentist.
The staff at Bay View couldn't be friendlier. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door! The entire experience was very open and comfortable, I felt that I could ask questions at any time and everyone worked hard to accomplish the things I wanted. I highly recommend Bay View to anyone in the San Diego area!
I had a sore tooth and was seen the same day that I called.
I don't think anyone really likes going to the dentist. But after my first time with Dr. Emerson and the rest of his staff, I have NEVER dreaded going back. They talk to you honestly & as frank as possible. There's never a moment when they talk to you like a child, or as if you've done a horrible job with your teeth since they last saw you. The tooth extraction was easy and painless. It only took about 3 minutes.
Staff are always cheerful and very attentive. In addition, they are great professionals and provide excellent dental service.
Everything great, cleaning, updates, questions, and billing questions.
Wonderful as always! Never any pain or discomfort. Great team. :)
