I received my routine cleaning including x-rays that were due. Nancy did a great job followed by Dr. Emerson's eval which was also very helpful. I was made to feel very comfortable. Thank you.
Had an emergency as soon as we moved to town ans this the 4th of July week! Dr. Emerson was actually open that Thursday--many were closed. He accurately diagnosed the problem and found me an endodontist who repaired it on Friday day! Went back for more repairs. Hard with my asthma, but he was patient with my coughing bouts. Great staff, too!
I found Dr Emerson on a Yelp deal, saw the great reviews, and decided to try. I couldn't believe how great the customer service is, a HUGE relief where so many businesses seem to have thrown that out the window. Everyone is kind and caring; they took all necessary time with me and didn't leave until I was done asking questions. Didn't foist unnecessary costs/procedures on me. I'd highly recommend.
Dr. Emerson does beautiful cosmetic work, is totally competent, up on all the latest options, extremely knowledgeable, gives objective information and options for treatment. He is a perfectionist which is what everyone should want in their dentist. He is very skilled, talented and gentle!!!
As always, it was a great visit.
You were totally acamodating as always. I went through 4 dentists before I found you 13 years ago and I will never switch. I have the whole family going to you now.
