Once again another great visit. Dr. Emerson is by far the best dentist I have been to.
I've known Dr. Emerson since 1992, when I first went to see him. I hadn't been to a dentist in quite a few years because was a BIG chicken, but he and his staff immediately put me at ease. I quickly got over my fears and felt good about having strong healthy teeth. Last week I went in for a crown and couldn't believ what a snap it was. Dr. Emerson is a wonderful dentist! He is funny, gentle, very experienced, and knows his stuff. Having a dentist you can trust, who explains every detail of what he is doing; that gives you a pain free shot of novacaine, that has an awesome and friendly office staff surely wins my vote! I even had the experience of the lovely dental assistant massaging my jaw inbetween extensive bouts of time with my mouth open. WOW! I am more than pleased with Bay View Dental!

I recently had Dr. Mark fix some bonding that had chipped off. He matched the color and made the tooth look perfect! The only reason that I did not give a 5 star is because I had left over charges from my previous visit which had I known my insurance wasn't going to pay for it, I wouldn't have had them do the work.
My cleaning was excellent, as usual.
I was always afraid of needles and/or getting anesthesia but Dr. Emerson and Anne made me so comfortable. They explained to me what was going to happen and talked to me while they work on my teeth. Suprisingly, I didn't feel any pain at all! It was just an Awesome experience. I am goind back and already have appointments. Making an appointment with Calisha (I hope I spelled her name correctly) is really easy. She also explained thoroughly the payments and helped me getting a credit line.
