Our family loves the Bay Club. Especially enjoy doing work at 77. Downside is the garbage cans rolling around outside of 77 nonstop
Quality and cleanliness keep going down while the prices keep going up. Been waiting over a month for some of my questions regarding swim lessons--neither the swim department nor the general manager seem very interested in answering my questions. Sad to see that they don't treat their members with more respect. On the flip side, their children's center has some really talented staff. Gloria, in particular, is amazing with the kids.
