Recommendeda great club and great people
Wish the staff would answer phones and help members
the sauna and steam room are filthy, and the new owners swapped out the shampoo for a cheap brand that strips your hair of all its natural oils and leaves it frizzy. they also took away the members use of the pilates room in efforts to squeeze more money out of its members. These issues were brought to managements attention more than a month ago, nothing has been done.
We love this health club - the classes, the gym, the swimming pool, Club 77 restaurant, and most of all the people, our friends.
I only joined Redwood Shores Bay Club in Jan 2017, and I have decided to end my membership already. I wanted to play more tennis, but it is really difficult to get a court at a reasonable time - talking about the outdoor courts, forget about getting an indoor court. They do not have any organized tennis events for my level, which other clubs tend to have. The courts are nice, but I agree with other recent reviews that parts of the club are run down, like the locker rooms. When I told them I was leaving, they really did not s... read more
