They do not treat their members with much respect. We have been members for 3 years and just cancelled after yet another bad experience with staff. This time, the front desk manager, Aileen, accosted me in the changing room about my 4 yr old son, the family change room was opening the following week (because the whole club is currently under construction) and she demanded I change in the small, disgusting kids bathroom stall since I had my boys. The new men’s locker room is an exercise in dysfunction. After all that money they created a horrible useless space. Be careful, you’ll likely get locked out of your locker in nothing but a towel.
I have been known to give great reviews to everyone here but sad to say this one is the worst does not get a good review and hard to believe when I like people being in the film industry and company from a pedigree family of law my brother is a federal judge and two brothers attorneys and nephew and sad to say BAY CLUB Don't trust them as I showed my brother attorney contract he feels one contract in 2016 that was canceled has no felection on a contract that is month to month...Continue Reading
We love this health club - the classes, the gym, the swimming pool, Club 77 restaurant, and most of all the people, our friends.
