I really can’t believe it is come to this! About 6 weeks ago, a sign-up sheet was placed outside the gym doors by the club manager, Laurie Miner, asking for contact info of people interested in the gym “improvements.” I promptly added my name, and yet, have never received any reply. the sauna and steam room are filthy, and the new owners swapped out the shampoo for a cheap brand that strips your hair of all its natural oils and leaves it frizzy. they also took away the members use of the pilates room in efforts to squeeze more money out of its members. These issues were brought to managements attention more than a month ago, nothing has been done.
