Kevin Wagner was great to work with but when I went in to sign the paperwork it wasn't what I had discussed and agreed to the evening before (additional months of payments mostly). I had to meet with the Sales Manager Bret and he was awful and so disrespectful!!! My wife just had a oil change and multipoint inspection done to our 2004 toyota sienna earlier this past week and asked to have our tires rotated. Well yesterday while she was driving she experienced severe shaking and sounds coming from the front drivers wheel. I examined the front drivers wheel and found 3 of the 5 lug nuts completely backed out like they weren't even torqued. I can loosen the other 2 with my fingers. This was absolutely ridiculous.
